I've been lucky to create a handful of meaningful products, grow and lead some remarkable teams, and contribute to the positive impact of human-centered design and collaboration in our beautiful world. I also draw pictures and give talks about technology and the human experience.
I lead the User Experience practice at Loblaw Digital where we ship valuable products that empower Canadians to live life well. I previously built the Product Design and Research teams at TWG, an incredible digital product consultancy in Toronto.

Growing a Cross-Functional Design Culture
Design thrives within the context and constraints of product strategy and engineering. I've always maintained that everyone on our teams is a designer, and advocated for deep cross-functional relationships and culture building.

Drawing Toronto's Garbage for Alphabet's Controversial Sidewalk Labs
Torontonians are skeptical of Alphabet's new city of the future project, but at least some of Sidewalk Labs' experiments strive to create honest progress. We partnered with them to build a private beta test that will measure and improve proper waste management behaviour in condos.
Imagine if you knew exactly how much of your waste was ending up in a landfill — would you try to improve?

RBC's Upskill Helps You Figure Out How to Get Your Future Job
The job market is always changing. RBC's Future Launch initiative partnered with TWG to design and build a tool that could help people determine how to forecast and retrain themselves for future opportunities. RBC's industry-leading research empowered this product to make smart and actionable recommendations.

Over the past 5+ years I've had the pleasure of leading the visual storytelling for TWG's brand. Our recently refreshed design system, called Passionfruit, conveys the creative vibrations that pulse throughout all of our client engagements.
From brand positioning to campaign execution, I am grateful to guide TWG's visual impact in the market.
